Hi! I’m Nadiya and I’m glad you’re here.
I am a doctoral-level, trauma-informed, Perinatal Mental Health–Certified therapist and professor specializing in supporting women through some of the most emotionally complex and transformative seasons of their lives.
Women find their way to me when they are carrying more than they can name—navigating trauma, identity shifts, relationship changes, motherhood, or the quiet pressure of being the “strong one” for everyone else. My work centers the belief that healing happens when you have a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or shrink yourself.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with deep compassion. I draw from EMDR-informed techniques, attachment and relational therapy, and trauma-responsive frameworks to help women reclaim clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness. As a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified clinician, I also support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many transitions of motherhood.
In therapy, you’ll find me warm, grounding, and direct when needed. I’m here to hold space for your story—but also to help you move forward with intention, strength, and self-trust.
I currently offer virtual therapy for clients across Florida through Likewise Therapy & Consulting Services, LLC. I provide services as a Regstered Clinical Mental Health Intern supervised under Rotem Moshe, LMHC.
